PTA Budget

Each spring, the PTA Executive Board reviews the expenses of the previous school year, to determine anticipated expenses for the upcoming school year. Once approved by the Executive Board, the budget is presented to the general membership at the last PTA meeting of the school year for approval. Approval of the budget means our parent body has committed to raising the funds, whether by personal donations or fund-raising initiatives.

At our meeting in June, the general membership of the 葡京正规网赌 PTA approved a $108,790 operating budget for the 2019-20 academic year. Highlights include $19,790 for classroom support, $9,350 for clubs, $19,950 for sports teams, and $19,650 for initiatives from Principal Bonds.

Give

The best way to directly benefit students at 葡京正规网赌, is to make a one-time or monthly donation to the general fund. The suggested annual donation per family is $750/family. Of course, we only expect you to give what you can. Our goal is to have 100% participation, so we ask every family to give some donation, no matter how big or small.

PTA Communications

The PTA sends all of its communications, including monthly newsletters, to parents via Constant Contact. The school administration also uses this system to send important notices about school events, internships, summer opportunities, college planning and other important communications. It is essential that at least one parent of each student receive these emails, so please sign up if you are not receiving regular emails from us. The PTA also maintains a Facebook page where you can see news, photos and upcoming events.
